• Guest Room Rate: $209 for a standard guestroom. All room rates are for single or double occupancy, plus tax, and inclusive of the facilities fee if reserved within the ARU-HR Institute room block. All reservations made within the ARU-HRI room block include: high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), all local and toll-free phone calls, and unlimited use of the 24/7 fitness center with treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines and free weights.
  *The negotiated rate is available on November 7 and 8. Additional nights — as early as November 5 and as late as November 10 — may also be available at the negotiated rate, subject to the availability of guest rooms.
