Panelists: Michael Carr, HR Consultant and Black Belt, and Edwine Michel, Process Consultant and Master Black Belt, both of Providge; Matthew Keating, Assistant Vice President for HR Technology, Carnegie Mellon University
Description: The landscape has changed. Technology and process improvement are no longer competitive advantages. Continuous improvement MUST be part of the institution’s strategic vision, or it will cease to exist. Organizations, including long established universities, can no longer rely on heritage and reputation to attract and retain employees. The opinions of today’s employees are much more fluid and are driven as much by disgruntled keyboard warriors as their own personal experience. Technology has permanently transformed the marketplace for talent, and employees have higher expectations of their employers than ever before. This panel will discuss process improvement, why the voice of customers is so important, and how to leverage technology to improve the work experience and ultimately the personal lives of your employees.
